Scott and his team are diligent enough in the service they provide to have made the entire process of getting a mortgage for my new condo feel as close to hands-free as reasonably possible. There was never a moment where I didn't know where we were at in the process or what we were waiting on in order to move forward in the process, and never a moment where I didn't feel supported by his team. I can't recommend Scott and his team enough if you'd like to go though the mortgaging process without any unnecessary hassle.
Scott was always available, even in the late evening, if I had a question or concern. When there was an unanticipated issue, Scott was doing everything in his power to ensure the deal still went through. He also sent cookies afterwards!
