The whole process was challegene but the ruoff team and my loan officer was right there to help me thru everything
Scott Kieffner, with Ruoff Mortgage, made our VA loan on new home so easy. He stated on top of things and kept us informed. He reminded us of benefits and things we needed to do for our VA loan after closing. Most of all, he actually came to the closing in case we had questions or problems. Scott was great to work with. He was very responsive with communication and kept us up to date in our mortgage process. When we had to switch houses at the last minute he worked hard to make sure we were able to meet our original closing date and keep our interstate moving date.
