Good materials, excellent workmanship, prompt service, easy to deal with.
Excuses & delays, unprofessional My grandmother hired Scott Iron Works to do some work. What a nightmare, it took months to get the job done. When my mom called the office she received cursing and was told by the female owner "don't push it, we aren't making much money on your job!". (This was a $10,000 job.) She was also told that they "don't believe in rescheduling" when they don't show up "because it takes too much time." Although the work was good, the headache wasn't worth it!
