Abhorrently belligerent behavior and shockingly un-Christian-like in tenor. Every employee, from "mom", the office manager, through to the husband and son attorneys has been rude, short, and borderline ignorant when it comes to making requests of any type. This is clearly a trust factory and once they have your money and you have your trust they are done with you. Very unresponsive to any changes in their standard living trust format
If I could give a negative star I would! I got my trust done a year later I need clarifying on some of the terms. Schedule appt met with Belinda Duke legal secretary. She was so rude condensing in explaining as if I was a absolute ***** or burden. People obtain a living trust to get comfort that there loved one will be fine once there gone. Its uncomfortable subject as it is, questions to want to understand all the legal cerbage is crucial. This woman was horrific. Be careful with this 'Christian' only puppy mill. What a waste of time, effort, and money! What they say about attorneys definitely applies here!!!! The seminar was great, but the initial free hour consultation is all about collecting your information and finishes by asking for payment in full. Contrary to their claims, if you need advice it's hard to come by. My short 2nd meeting to discuss changes to the draft ended with the son telling me to "Get out"! Not once, but 5 times! How rude!!
