Consistently slooow service. Always a line at cashiers, poor business processes with lots of red tape. Not a place to visit if you are in a hurry. Poor interest rates on accounts. All my other banks put them to shame.
Needed a new debit card. Not my normal location. Johnathan at the central desk took me right in and I was in and out. No complaints here!
Fraud was caught on my card & auto cancelled. Did not have an option to automatically have a new one shipped. Called customer and they were less than helpful. So now I'm having to try to take time off to go to the local office, as customer service suggested. I am considering switching banks as the phone reps are always super unhelpful
