Very poor customer service... Car dealers won't even do car loan last time I tried. New checks come in very slow. Had to contact customer service, good luck. When your account gets cleaned out, they may arbitrate how many pennies you get on the dollar. Checks don't clear the bank for long periods. Good luck!
Just got a second month long delayed charge to my debit card. I could have sworn I saw it debited after the purchase on my app. Now I have to reconcile my charges and statements because I can’t trust the app. Last month I got a transfer fee because SCU charged the online system and took it from the wrong account.
