Really good experience. Huge empty parking lot and readily available staff. New to the area and it's nice knowing this location is here. They even have safety deposit boxes here too
Hands down just a great facility. Great user friendly banking with a great app! I find it very easy to interact with everyone there.
No customer service representatives ever pick up the phone. Every single time I’ve had to call the customer service line I’ve had to wait upwards of 15 to 20 minutes. Trying to contact anyone to get assistance or resolve a problem is a complete and utter waste of time.
