Rude unprofessional and horrible get a real job that contributes to society you bunch of sad people
It was an absolute displeasure speaking to each and every individual from this highly irresponsible law firm. Received a reply to a complaint from their complaints department, Steven Newman who is the manager apparently, put an absolute shame to the name of ICO. His email discussed everything but forgot to do a DPA. They try to be bully and use the intimidating tactics but speak in their own language and they will be put in place in no time.
The people who work here are incapable of doing their jobs. I called up after being harassed about a ticket for a vehicle I sold ages ago and they can't even manage to phone the DVLA to confirm. Lazy unhelpful staff who probably couldn't get a job anywhere else.
