Helen is a wonderful physiotherapist. Her office has 7-8 rooms with a small gym above Staples in North Delta/Surrey. When I first found Helen I lived in the neighborhood at the time. In the 10 years since I moved away from the area I still make the trip to see Helen as I've not found someone offer as much as she has or taken care of me as well especially at such an affordable price. Super unprofessional, she is always late. I have never seen her clean any of the instruments between patients and she uses the exact same tools on every client.... really? Everyone needs the same thing? I rolled my ankle and the previous patient had a car accident and both of us need the same treatment? She's not worth the time or money. Go to somewhere clean and reputable, Not to Helen she will leave you disappointed and offended.

I had an ankle injury playing basketball and I couldn't walk properly on it nearly 8 months later. I tried exercises I found online and it didn't correct the issue. Finally, I went to see Helen and she diagnosed my issue almost immediately. I caused it to heal improperly from babying it and had an issue with my joint. Within about 2 weeks and 3 or 4 treatments it was back to about 80% and she told me what to do to get it back to 100%. Don't waste your time.
