I had the best experience with Tom Sloan and his team! My husband and I are first time home buyers so we were a bit nervous about how things would turn out. I am a seller writing this review. A buyer of my property decided to use GoRascal and Hugo A. Concha for their mortgage. At first, things were going great, then, they weren't. It all just came crashing down all at once. Hugo did not even have the integrity to tell me or my agent that settlement would be delayed formally, ridiculous! He still hasn't, nor has he apologized.
