We hired Rob Aplin to handle a non payment issue with our plumbing business. When we met with him initially, he explained that his clients “always got paid”. So we paid a $1500 retainer and he began the process of suing a customer for non payment. If I could leave 0 stars I would for Aplin. I was 16 years old when this man destroyed my life and my mom's. My father beat my mother and I for years. Years. He didn't fight for us. My single mother had to pay spousal support to my father. We lived in a woman's shelter for months because we could not afford an apartment after leaving my father, legal bills, and spousal support. Would not recommend. I addressed a concern I had, and the lawyers response was, "would you like me to withdraw from your case", instead of kindly fixing the problem. I felt as if the lawyer was working against us and not for us.
