I made a phone conference appt with Mr. Hoberg. He never called. I called his office and told them he hasn't called me. That I would be available for another hour. Please have him call. He never called me. They never offered to reschedule or give any explanation as to why he didn't call. I guess he doesn't need another client.

Scott directed me to sign a document giving up my parenting rights on a temporary basis based on a false claim- a claim that Children’s Services refused to open a case. The GAL in my divorce was a clown and working exclusively with my children's mother. I am now 25 months later and I have never regained what I had (50/50) and have been refused due process- an unbelievable option only in family court!
