Dr Velu is an amazing doctor. Someone I have formed a great relationship with. I feel comfortable to open up to her, I don’t ever feel rushed, she makes me feel calm and heard, approaching everything with a solution.

Registered with this practice because a friend recommended it. Dr. Velu seems to be nice and helpful when you get to see her but no matter what symptoms you might have the nurse or receptionist will not allow you to see the doctor or make an appointment. I am giving my review after multiple experiences where I have called with real emergencies. The first time it was for my baby who I did not even get an appointment for and when I called 111 they sent an ambulance and had him seen right away. This shows how no matter what the... read more
