Honestly if I would give no stars I would, I had a issue with layover back a few months ago and I followed up everyday and no response from the team and they started ignoring my calls too and left me hanging, but this week I decided to give it to another shot and book a load. Im not sure if John Hougman is New to the industry/company but he was very unprofessional. From the start he told me nothing but wrong information that i had to investigate on my own to find the truth. Once I found the truth I called to question him about it, which in return he promised was false. I had him call customer just to verify and he never called me back, answered my call, or my email. The only thing he cared about was if the load was delivered next day. No comments on my previous messages, no apologies, no nothing.... read more

I have a great experience with Scotlynn, running many loads with GREGORY BRUNNER, respectfully and nice person always concerned about all aspects in every load. As a owner operator for 25 years I can said Scotlynn need more people like GREG.
