Horrible brokerage. These high school kids talk to drivers like they way above truck drivers. Like truck drivers are nothing.

Horrible to work with lie about pickup times and call u all the time even with having tracking on the person.the unprofessional people that are barely out of high school and think they know trucking cant even figure out with tracking how long it takes a driver to finish load. They think that just because u pull a load for them that u have to answer to them.

Worst broker to do business with. They gave us a load with a pickup appointment at 3:30 PM, but started calling as early as 7 AM. We emailed them letting them know the driver was just 7 minutes away and they were tracking him the entire time. The broker got upset just because the driver didn’t answer the phone right away. When the driver got close to the pickup location, he simply asked if they could confirm the load was ready—especially since the reviews of the pickup facility were terrible. Absolutely the worst broker I have ever dealt with. The dispatch is rude as all get out and hangs up on you. 1st load for them and it will be my last load for them. No communication. Anytime you call to get info that you need they get pissy with you and then hang up. Wish I didn't have to give 1 star they deserve 0.
