Honestly never done business with Scotland but decided to rate the company based on an experience with one of their drivers. He thought is was a good idea to ride in the passing lane for 10 miles or so in a snowstorm. That wasnt the real issue but when he was less than a car length behind me that is a problem in the snowy conditions. I tried getting and let him pass but he just slowed way down at the point.
