Aksa was friendly, knowledgeable, and very supportive. She explained everything clearly and made my experience easy and comfortable
They told us we had $1000 on our account and I asked them 5 times. They said yes it's our money and definitely not money that was put on hold for a seperate thing. Next day we find out we don't have that money. It was so embarrassing to put things back at the store. This place needs to take accountability. You can't tell someone they have money they don't actually have. They're making us keep our account open because we accidentally cashed a cheque incorrectly. We have to pay for our account monthly. Bad experience. Staff arrived late, and I was told to return to my address just to report a lost card. Very inconvenient and disappointing service
