Terrible customer service when handling an estate. The reps don’t know what they’re doing and miscommunicate with one another causing confusion. They double book appointments and don’t respect people’s time.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Jija Panicker, a mortgage advisor at Scotiabank. Throughout our interactions, she was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
