The reviews are unfortunately true, I would not recommend this branch for financial advisor services. I had an appointment with Shalin Patel, who was not able to answer any of my questions or provide any direction or help. If all their financial advisors are like this, I have serious concerns about their qualifications and expertise.
I have always had great experiences with this Scotia bank. All the tellers are very helpful, personable, very pleasant. They can help me anytime! Hurma, my advisor has been helping me for the past few years. This lady is very knowledgable, friendly, and always promptly responds to all my questions. I would not want anyone else for a financial advisor.

My thanks to Ainsley for the assistance when it came to recommending a new debit card and advice on how to make a cash deposit through the ABM with that new debit card. It’s a nice, quiet bank, as well.
Terrible customer service at this branch. My brother was discriminated against for being young and aboriginal. He went in to get a bank draft for his first time ever for a new place and asked to have the draft fee waved as he didn’t have enough funds for it. He had only enough to cover his rent for his new place. The teller went to ask her manger for the fee to be waved and they gave him a few looks and said no. He had to call for someone to send $10 to cover the fee.
