I wish I could give less than 1 star. Kamal the bank manager would get -5 from me I have an issues that can only be fixed at branch level by the branch manager. I have been working to resolve this issue for weeks with almost no response or effort made on her end when it should be a simple fix and high priority. Fed up with this unacceptable treatment I have resorted to leaving bad reviews for the branch and kamal until this issues is resolved I will do this every day.
