Rude, lacking customer service and education at this location. Don't tell me i need proof of address when i don't.. This is the second time that i have had an issue at this bank location and i have never before had any issues at any other locations. Their new auto deposit steals money from you watch out. Don't forget to count.
The problem is not in a specific branch of Scotia Bank, but in the fact that the entire online banking is outdated and does not have many necessary functions. I was rude at the bank, for which I apologize, but in one hour (!) my problem related to identification through the call center (lost 20 minutes) was solved without replacing the credit card
Rip off money will be lost with u knowing they will close account and keep whatever is in the account if they having a good day they might give you some back they profile you I came by my self got treated like I was criminal came back with my kids they started being nicer and helpfull This place is very shady. You will not see ur money again or get it back
