Horrible! They never have no more than 2 people working. Why have 4 teller desks when there is nobody here to fill them slow service i tell you.
Terrible bank like most. Abm eats cards. Customer service is so bad. If we not slaves to the banking industry we would get decent service and not pay such high fees. Absolutely terrible place.
The ladies are friendly but Scotia it’s self is a joke they told me last week I couldn’t cash a cheque since it had my name and another’s, but if he endorsed it (signed the back) or came in with me they could deposit it. Brought the other person in despite his medical condition at the moment and they told me they couldn’t do anything now even with him standing right beside me. And a manager even talked to me both times, but different information both times. And info that would have been nice to know before my ex had to drive... read more
