Had an appointment, reached 10 minutes early, let the staff know twice. Waited 30 minutes, my turn did not come. Whats the point of scheduling if they can't follow schedule. Frustrating experience and waste of time
Busy on a Friday and they only had one person working. There was a line up of 5 people...I was there at least 30 mins waiting.
Im done with this bank , they cant even do a simple bank transfer correctly .. i opened a Euro account because im transferring some money from Europe to here .. and they keep screwing it up .. sometimes i get it and sometimes not and their answer is , "we don't know what happened " . now i was suppose to receive 4800 euros , and what did they do , they transferred it into Canadian without asking me.. its sent in euros not Canadian and now i lost 150 in exchange rate because of them .. this bank is a joke and so is the custom... read more
