As someone who works the same hours as the bank being open its difficult to get in to do any banking needed but Sabeena and another financial advisor were very wonderful in helping me remotely through email and phone. With patience and clear explanation on the proses made it so easy for me to understand and feel confident with no stress. They were kinda and made it a very pleasant time, definitely very thankful to them.
Sabeena is an absolute asset to Scotiabank.

Staff are not knowledgeable about, well anything really. Their financial advisors are unable to complete basic tasks or offer basic services that are advertised on the companies website. I would not recommend this branch to anyone who wants to do anything more than withdraw and deposit their money.
I self-incorporated in December 2024, and it took me four months to figure out how to pay myself because of the misdirection and ineptitude of the employees at this branch. They also gave me the wrong information when trying to open an RESP. The top Google reviews are by the employees, themselves, by the way, such as Raghav Rahul. They're probably trying to boost their dismal 2.7/5 score.
