Great Staff, always ready to help. Please see their new working hours. Saturdays until 3pm and extended hours on Thursday until 6pm. They have an active management team to support their clients. Met the Branch Manager - Reggie, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is the best manager I’ve encountered with Scotiabank or any institution for that matter thus far. Used to be a great branch, not anymore. Terrible customer service and very unhelpful.
Never seen such a dumb bank in my life! They close whenever they want! No wonder everyone’s leaving scotiabank! It’s Monday today and they were closed at 4pm and their timing is till 5pm! That’s nice !
They don't work till 6pm. Lazy bank!
Completely useless. No help what so ever. And how are your hours so short. You cant have one branch in town that’s open late?
