Syedhyder is such a best advisor in Scotia bank. He is always ready to help their customers he is experienced.
Wish I could give a minus rating just because of front staff Jasvir !! She needs to learn customer service skills and professionalism and must know where and how to use hand gestures. Had really bad experience at this location. She should learn what privacy actually means while dealing with customers. I hope someone monitor this review section and fix this.
very unprofessional behaviour from Jasvir! she needs to learn some basic customer service skills atleast and professionalism. Did not have enough knowledge about the products and services provided by the bank. Made us wait for about an hour for a basic thing.
