These guys are terrible. They have the worst financial advisors I’ve ever dealt with. I tried to open a chequing account with them. Their website recommended doing it online, so I followed that. After applying, they told me I still had to go to a branch to verify my ID and pick up my debit card. Fine. I went in, only to be told by the advisor Raghav that I’m eligible for a year of free banking, but only if I had opened the account at the branch, not online. What?! I would like to say thank you Shelly for helping us . I got issues with cards (cards was stolen and used ) and Shelly was very patient and nice .
If I can give 0 stars I would. The people that work here are absolutely disrespectful! If AI is taking jobs I can't wait for these tellers to be replaced because talking to a machine is a much more pleasant experience. If you have banking needs you're better off just calling rather than tolerating the disrespect that these tellers give.
Raghav is useless. Even though he in the Home Advising team, He does not understand anything about Mortgages, and never respond to his emails.
