I have never dealt with such an incompetent bunch of people. I’ve had bank accounts for many years and never had the issues that I’ve had at this bank. Bianca Strano is awful as a manager. She shouldn’t be in this position. She doesn’t know what she’s doing she’s on a little princess power trip over there. horrible customer service. It’s easy to see why they’re rated so low.
The worst bank i have ever visited they were checking my account when I was not present in the bank. No one should be allowed to go in my account when I am not there in the bank. No one should have that authority. Worst customer service. They do not want to help you at all. If I had the option of zero star, I wouldn’t even give them that
Trying to call credit card number, over two hours , trying to log in on my computer , they ask you if you got it on your phone and you say yes, then there is a phone code which I don’t know so I cannot log in . I have spent two hours and I can’t successfully log in or talk to anybody on the phone . What a waste of time .
