Usually I don’t have a very good experience with scotia’s customer service but this time I was lucky to be help by John. John was very patient and understanding with my situation. Helped me with my problems and overall I was very happy with my visit.
I have never dealt with such an incompetent bunch of people. I’ve had bank accounts for many years and never had the issues that I’ve had at this bank. Bianca Strano is awful as a manager. She shouldn’t be in this position. She doesn’t know what she’s doing she’s on a little princess power trip over there. horrible customer service. It’s easy to see why they’re rated so low.
The worst bank i have ever visited they were checking my account when I was not present in the bank. No one should be allowed to go in my account when I am not there in the bank. No one should have that authority. Worst customer service. They do not want to help you at all. If I had the option of zero star, I wouldn’t even give them that
