We use to live in London, but moved to St Thomas. We stayed with Scotiabank in London rather than moving everything to the St Thomas Scotiabank. The staff at the Scotiabank in London our branch has always served us very well. The staff are always friendly and efficient. They take the time to explain money matters to help you assist you with your needs. I can't say enough about this branch and Scotiabank, and definitely recommend them.
Even the drive through machine here is useless. I went to deposit money, on a freezing cold winter day, and it wasn't even taking deposits for whatever reason.
Rude teller, shame on you!!! Disgusting service.
Isn't their a professional dress code for tellers?? Young east Indian guy wearing a(Notorious BIG) t shirt!! Looks rediculous!!
I wish I can give 0 star review. I have visited this branch recently. The staff was so rude and don’t want to hear about issue. Then we went to the other branch and they helped us to resolve the problem with our account. Worst customer service ever. Never recommended someone to make this branch as their home branch. I want to request that the staff should be professional and well trained.
