Usually I don’t have a very good experience with scotia’s customer service but this time I was lucky to be help by John. John was very patient and understanding with my situation. Helped me with my problems and overall I was very happy with my visit.
I have never dealt with such an incompetent bunch of people. I’ve had bank accounts for many years and never had the issues that I’ve had at this bank. Bianca Strano is awful as a manager. She shouldn’t be in this position. She doesn’t know what she’s doing she’s on a little princess power trip over there. I don’t have the issues at other Scotiabank as I’ve had at this one if you have a good relationship at another Scotiabank stay away from this one.
