Drive-through ABM sucked up my card and I had to cancel it by calling the help line. I could not get the card out. Thanks a lot.
I went to the bank on Saturday to make a deposit having walked there on a lovely spring evening, the bank was closed and I could not use the ATM, what is the point of a ATM when they lock the doors after hours? Is that not the point of a ATM? I go to the drive thru that is out of order telling me to go to another location nowhere near here, how useless is this company? I think SBU will be getting a new client.
ATM’s inside are only available until 5pm, and the drive thru ones never work even though they’re available ‘24/7’. Worst hours ever.
Atm is open till 5pm daily and claims drive through is available 24/7. Well guess what, drive through is STILL out of order. What a joke.
This branch is never open when you actually need them. The drive-through is either out of service or won’t accept deposits and spits your money back out. The hours in general are the most non-ideal hours of a bank in the history of this country. Lastly, the vestibule inside is always locked. This might be the most useless bank in the entire city. Staff are nice… When open.
