I had a financial advisor here for two years and one day he was gone. His voicemail told me I could call the Scotiabank help center. No warning. I had investments. I pulled everything out immediately went to a completely different bank. Absolutely no customer appreciation here for anybody at all. It's all about loans.
Terribly slow service. 1 teller, 8-9 people waiting on line. There were several people behind the glass but it took 10min before a second window opened.
Not a scotia bank, this is a TD bank.
