I was encouraged to open an account based on incorrect information about the interest I would earn. When I asked to have the issue rectified, they admitted it was a human error, yet still told me “What do you want us to do?” and that I could have Googled the correct information myself. This level of dismissal and lack of accountability is unacceptable from financial professionals.
The senior financial advisors were quite rude in their behavior, stating that they staff shortage on Saturday, October 11th, we are facing the problem with ATM and asked for help inside and it was not the common people’s fault if they have short staff they could simply recruit new staff if needed. Afterward, two more people arrived, and she displayed the same rude behavior toward them.
The finance employee Kimberly is highly unprofessional. I provided her all the docs and she did not revert back on my emails even after soo many days. If you can’t have employees who can do follow up’s or provide a service then whats the point of having them?
