Went to this branch to pickup my replacement card. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Aaron. He was helpful and kind throughout the whole process.
very unprofessional staff, i asked for portfolio with stamp they cut the paymet but refused to do stamping. I explained it’s necessary for immigration but still she refused that we dont do stamping .
I had a disappointing experience at one Scotiabank branch. I requested a portfolio/balance document, but the lady refused immediately, saying the system was not allowing it.There was no proper explanation or effort to help and she said i have to pay $15 to get it after 5 hours. However, when I visited another Scotiabank branch, they provided the same document without any issue or delay as well as at free of cost. This inconsistency between branches is frustrating.
