I had a disappointing experience at one Scotiabank branch. I requested a portfolio/balance document, but the lady refused immediately, saying the system was not allowing it.There was no proper explanation or effort to help and she said i have to pay $15 to get it after 5 hours. However, when I visited another Scotiabank branch, they provided the same document without any issue or delay as well as at free of cost. This inconsistency between branches is frustrating. Parnika Sharma and her team at Scotiabank provide excellent customer service. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive. All my questions were answered clearly and patiently. The staff was responsive and made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend their service.
I hope the branch manager reads this review. There is a staff member with glasses who sits behind the main customer service counter and needs additional training in professionalism and kindness. She often interrupts while agents are assisting customers. Today (February 6, 2026), while I was being helped by an agent, she stepped in and responded rudely without knowing the full details of my situation.
