The employees are not supportive, they don’t want to do anything. I went to get my debit card and they told me to go to my home branch Scotiabank and I was far from that, they didn’t helped me when I call bank they said you can get help from any branch. I’m so upset and angry soon would be closing my account from Scotia Bank
Amazing Service! Very welcoming experience. I was assisted by Varun Khanna, and even though I came in last minute for my transaction, he made it feel like a cakewalk. Varun coordinated with the financial advisor, guided me through mobile banking, and together they helped me close the transaction in no time. Truly appreciated the professionalism and smooth experience!

Pathetic experience. Pooja the manager not helpful and empathetic towards customers . I have visited this branch three times earlier and every time I go there to get something, they always give some excuses. They had either send me back to my home branch or they find another reason that they cannot help me out. Never going back to this branch. N switching my bank too.
