Staff is not cooperative doesnt have sense to talk with customer rude behaviour
The employees are not supportive, they don’t want to do anything. I went to get my debit card and they told me to go to my home branch Scotiabank and I was far from that, they didn’t helped me when I call bank they said you can get help from any branch. I’m so upset and angry soon would be closing my account from Scotia Bank
Amazing Service! Very welcoming experience. I was assisted by Varun Khanna, and even though I came in last minute for my transaction, he made it feel like a cakewalk. Varun coordinated with the financial advisor, guided me through mobile banking, and together they helped me close the transaction in no time. Truly appreciated the professionalism and smooth experience!
