Front Desk Associate needs to work on having on a welcoming attitude honestly. Seemed like she didn’t want to help whatsoever.
I was just trying to open an account and this older brunette white lady who worked at the desk was the one who served me. She was very nice to the white man in front of me but once I came up she switched up and caught an attitude. I am always extremely respectful but she started asking me weirdly personal and targeted questions. She was not helpful in the slightest and I left feeling super disrespected. Very friendly staff and bank manager. Everyone is very helpful and kind. After a terrible experience at the yonge/mapleview branch, I am happy to have found helpful, compassionate and caring staff at this branch!
