Akeem is the goat. Way friendly, super charismatic. The other people at this branch are lovely as well, with very quick service. Everyone has been knowledgeable and consistently takes the time to answer questions. Great branch.
Absolutely appalling experience. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and disorganized establishment in my life. The older gentleman at the front desk was not only unhelpful—he was borderline useless. 50 years of banking this is the worst service I have ever seen, no replies to phone calls, emails, texts, once they lock up your money in non refundable investments they refuse to do anything I requested and were promised during Advisor meetings. No dates available for booking appointments to even speak with them again. I received an email asking for a review of my Advisor, next time I went in I was confronted with my bad review.
