Very bad experience with this branch. gurpreet ( teller ) had a bad attitude. I needed some help about my bank draft. I asked her I need to speak to the manager and guess what? Manager is having lunch in his office and can’t help you, Finacial advisor Sameer was too busy too . Left him a message. He did return my call and was extremely rude and started covering gurpreet that she had done nothing wrong. Definitely inexperienced staff working in this branch. Akeem is the goat. Way friendly, super charismatic. The other people at this branch are lovely as well, with very quick service. Everyone has been knowledgeable and consistently takes the time to answer questions. Great branch.
Absolutely appalling experience. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and disorganized establishment in my life. The older gentleman at the front desk was not only unhelpful—he was borderline useless. I’m genuinely baffled as to how someone with such a complete lack of customer service skills is even employed there. It felt like no one had a clue what they were doing.
