Wildly unimpressed. Scotiabank called me and offered me a credit card over the phone. I accepted the offer, but the agent on the other end made a mistake. The new card was opened on a separate customer profile, so I received the card and could use it but had no access in my online banking to make payments on the card. So I got the card and made a purchase to activate it, but when I tried to pay it off I couldn’t transfer from my other accounts because the credit card didn’t exist for me online.
