I visited branch for my student loc. I submitted all docs as per request to their senior financial advisor (Ayesha). After that, she totally disappeared and stop responding to emails and calls. Even I visited branch twice but only received excuses for not doing work. Manager is also part of this process too. Worst Scotia Bank Branch Service ever.
The worst customer service, the people work there should be more professional and more trained how deal with people.
The worst customer service i have ever experienced at a bank. Always an issue every time i need assistance from a teller. Their answer is always “we can’t help you with this”
