Garbage customer service, ATM always mafunctions money stuck on deposits, supervisor says the bank and the atm arent the same entity so you have to wait couple hours for your own money. they gaslight and give robotic manipluation to resolve issues to kick customer out. WORST BANK EVER.

Went in to get a bank draft for a house deposit, which is naturally a large sum. The female teller basically said they couldn't do it because it's not my home branch (which happens to be in Ottawa) btw. She told me to go to the closest branch to my current home address which is in Vaughan. Due to time constraints I just went to another location at M city and lo and behold, no issues - got my "too large a sum" bank draft on the spot. very bad experience with this branch overall Scotiabank is one of the worst banks to deal with stay away especially from this branch very rude staff dont care about their customers
