Very disappointing experience. This is not a welcoming or customer-friendly branch. The staff I dealt with came across as dismissive, judgmental, and unnecessarily condescending. More concerning, they appeared to lack the knowledge and experience needed to provide accurate information, yet spoke with complete confidence. Like many others on here f I could give a negative star I would. Went in there today 23 rd July 2026 to withdraw $4000.00. My wife was told that she could not take this amount out as they have a daily limit. She then suggested we take money from the banking machine. I told here that I had been in that branch several times and had taken more than that amount out. She insisted that was the policy and I asked for the manager. Worst branch to visit. They literally racially profiled me when I walked in. Condescending look and interactions from when i stepped in... lol.. Anyways and yes Black people can afford expensive things too... lol.. the sad truth is Scotia bank has no process to report or log such complaints..Please avoid this branch if you can
