Quick tip for a certain employee, if a customer is complaining to the manager about your service, do not barge into the office door and interrupt the whole meeting. , you will get a change to explain your position later. Worst location. The branch Manager Azeem Shaukat is most unprofessional,rude and disrespectful person. He also doesn’t have the knowledge. Just wondering who hired him and what qualities did they see. He needs to be fired ASAP.
Very disappointing experience. This is not a welcoming or customer-friendly branch. The staff I dealt with came across as dismissive, judgmental, and unnecessarily condescending. More concerning, they appeared to lack the knowledge and experience needed to provide accurate information, yet spoke with complete confidence.
