Had to visit this branch because my home branch is going digital with their teller services — definitely won’t be returning. I had a very frustrating experience trying to deposit a cheque, something I’ve done many times before without issue. The staff asked unnecessary, irrelevant questions and made the process far more difficult than it needed to be. Excellent customer service by Divya Thind. Even though Dundas & Mavis was not my home branch, she owned it and got the issue resolved.
The tellers are super helpful and kind.
Branch manager decided to have a team meeting at 9:30am which led to customers having to wait past opening times. If you have a problem, speak directly, not using passive aggressive methods. Rest of staff were awesome, helpful and friendly.
Ayesha Fatima , with such a friendly face. I love doing my banking with her. She is very professional and gives fantastic advice. She goes out of her way to attend to my needs as well as my elderly mother. She is an absolutely amazing person. I always look forward to seeing her. She is such a great asset to Scotiabank
