Worst brach. I talked to indian lady name Mayoori maybe. She was so rude and didn’t tried to help me. than I waited for other person to help me in line and when my turn came she told other person name Jon to not help me as well.
Hi, I just went to bank this morning to get the bank statements of my last month as it was not showing up yet in my app. I met with the customer representative name Alisha and there is one more representative looks like on orientation, both treated me very badly. Poor customer service, if we dont anything that why we r coming to bank. If you dont have patience and good listening skills dont come to work.
Terrible experience at this branch. I visited today to obtain a debit card, but the representative refused, citing no note of fraud activity in my account. Despite showing her the case ID, she wouldn't budge. I'm locked out of my account, unable to make transactions or pay bills. The lack of assistance was frustrating. Wouldn't recommend this branch. They should hire people who are sensible and know better
