30 minute wait, two tellers, neither knew what they were doing so the teller manager was bouncing back and forth between them. Ended up leaving. Scotiabank…..we are richer than you think, and choose not to spend a dime on hiring more competent workers.
Absolutely inconvenient. Debit card expired and waited the until the month for a new one to be sent over. Because none of that happened, I had to get a new card with new information. Service had gone DOWNHILL from before.
One of the worst branch to bank with. Manager dosen't respond to calls and mails. Advisors wont care about customers. Advisers just do timepass and bluff the customers. Worst customer service. I would strongly suggest not to bank with Scotia. I am moving my business and personal accounts from this bank.
I have been with this pathetic bank since 2020 after my many nde's. This bank is out to loot everyone, I have had close to 20 fraud charges per year. When all goes down all these so called money keeper with close doors and dissappear. Then I will find you. Love, ParaShiva
I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The customer service is poor, and the staff often appear to lack the necessary knowledge to assist effectively. There are frequent delays and long wait times when using online banking services. Additionally, there is a clear shortage of staff at the branches, and many locations are either closed unexpectedly or have limited hours, which makes it difficult to access services when needed. i went three times and Panorama branch were closed due to lack of staff.
