Fakunle, Dami: Bad experience with this financial advisor. She was not completely knowledgeable and promised false rewards for opening the account. Stopped replying to follow-ups on the account opening reward she promised.

I had the Ultimate Chequing Account with Scotiabank, which waives monthly fees as long as you maintain a $6,000 minimum balance — something I have consistently done for the entire time I’ve had the account. When I withdrew my money in order to close the account, the branch charged me $30.95 in fees because my balance dropped below the minimum.
