Awful service. 30min wait and couldn’t get it resolved. They can also be very rude. How’s this place still open? The manager is so rude.
Exterior drive-thru ABM rarely works. Interiors are locked after hours. No customer service representatives available. Not really sure why this branch exists other than to tease
No tellers
New drive-thru atm won't accept cash, the walk-in part isn't open on the weekends. Not just the ATM's. THE ENTIRE BRANCH. Can't walk in to deposit cash on your own. Can't use the drive thru. Scotia step your game up and open on a weekend day.
