Bank going to non cash services in march 2025 rec’d letter of this change however today Jan 27 2025 went in for a cash withdrawal and was refused as they decided to implement this change ahead of the march date. How can they get away with this???? Terrible
This morning I came to deposit a cheque. There were 3 employees and no customers. The employees refused to deposit my cheque and told me to do it through the bank machine . Why is this branch open?
Website says ATM is 24/7, very disappointed that the ATM hours are the same as the branch hours,
I have always had a positive experience at this branch. It saddens me to see such negative, judgemental reviews. If you can be anything, be kind.
Josh the manager was so disrespectful and condescending to me because I am a visible minority. His staff didn't know how to help me, and Josh purposefully locked himself in his office so that he didn't have to deal with me. It is evident by his behaviour that he is racist because I did nothing wrong.
