Rude ladies. I’m new to this neighbourhood, went there to change my address but I don’t have my drivers license with me which I just changed the address as well the same day, I have the picture for me bought our house with the address. I said I’ll cancel my card, she said I have to call customer service to do it and make sure to pay my debt. Mind me, I have $23 in my credit card with them. Worst experience. I went to another branch and I completed my needs. They don’t know customer service even don’t know how to talk to customers.
It's Friday Oct 10th at 2:25pm. There's 8 people in line and only one open teller.
Every time I go to use the ABM, one or both are out of order, never fails. Makes me so mad. I then have to drive all the way to the other Scotia Bank. Tear the things out if you can't keep them up and running.
Our go-to bank for over a decade. Garth, the branch manager, has been so helpful and genuinely cares for their clients. 5⭐
