In this massive bank, there are ten of us standing in line, yet only one employee is working. A multi-million-dollar institution, and they can't afford to staff more than a single person? Pathetic. What a joke of an operation.!
Have sent several notifications for the branch to reach out to me since they're unreachable by phone. No one has reached out. Contact the call centers and complain to supervisors. This complete lack of customer service shouldn't be tolerated.
Bank machines often out of service or out of money. Long line ups in the bank always and no one seems to notice the frustration from customers. Considering on moving my accounts to another financial institution after 25 years with Scotia. Tired of waiting in line for 20-30 min just to pull out $40 in cash.
Card don't work for some reason this morning. Can't call the branch, national call center says more than 45 minutes wait. I drive to the branch wanting service quick. Talk to Garth Bishop, explain my frustration with lack of service and say I'll likely change bank since services aren't what they used to be or align with basic levels of service i wish to get.
