I don't use the branch often, few times I went there staffs were friendly and helpful, but Scotia Bank NEEDS NEW ABM MACHINES or to service the old ones more often. Their ABM machines are horrible, I got my bank card stuck inside their machines twice in 3 years, this is not normal! 1st time in the Dundas/Mavis Branch, 2nd time at this branch. I had to call customer service there and be put on hold to cancel my card, and wait for the branch to re-open another day to get a new card again. It has caused so much trouble, what if... read more
I have been a Scorianbakn customer for 13 years and the customer service is getting worse and worse. The lack of respect from the cashier Emily is horrible, She didn't even let me explain. She is a very mean, rude, and very cunning woman. People like that shouldn't work in customer service.
The customer service at this branch is the worst. Overall, The customer service at several branches is horrible, unprofessional and inconsistent at best. I’m am happy to be going to another bank all together.
very unprofessional service. the teller was not even paying attention to me, she was too busy talking with her colleagues. if i could give zero stars, i would. will look into switching home branches.
