Very slow services, not enough agents! Customers wait for a long period of time, Shame!!
They stand around and watch you waiting .. lazy staff
Impossible to connect with anyone at the bank. Have repeatedly experienced the poorest and the most pathetic customer service at this branch. Bank officials should be available for customers to connect and talk with them with regards to their financial concerns. Not be caught in a circle of automated messages….resulting in the customer feeling absolutely helpless….. We might as well have robots and automated machines take over the entire work of the bank personnel at this branch and thereby have this branch shut down……
By far the worst bank branch I've ever been to and it's consistently been that way for years. They are slow to get to you, don't listen when they are helping, and have given me more issues than solutions. Not sure what management is doing to somehow continue to get worse despite the bad reviews. Take your business elsewhere.
I don't use the branch often, few times I went there staffs were friendly and helpful, but Scotia Bank NEEDS NEW ABM MACHINES or to service the old ones more often. Their ABM machines are horrible, I got my bank card stuck inside their machines twice in 3 years, this is not normal! 1st time in the Dundas/Mavis Branch, 2nd time at this branch. I had to call customer service there and be put on hold to cancel my card, and wait for the branch to re-open another day to get a new card again. It has caused so much trouble, what if... read more
