Good bank in Canada.
If i could give this branch zero stars, i would. Twice now I came in to the branch after scheduling an appointment and noone was available to assist me. Wasted two hours of my life and did not take care of business. Stay away from this branch.
At first the staff ladies was not knowledgeable. But when I went 2 time 1 male staff help me to respond. Ill update on Wednesday after my issue resolve
Simran Juvale greatly helped me to provide historical bank statments for my closed account since I urgently needed it for the CRA tax purpose. She was very patient and kind in helping me out. This location has been my home branch for all my Scotia accounts and I highly recommend this location.
