Not enough tellers, very long wait times
No one EVER answers the phone. Leave a call back for them to never call you. Slow service. If I didn’t absolutely have to switch. I would’ve kept my other home bank.
Extremely poor customer service. After 38 years I had to change banks. Not enough people working tills, always super slow.
