I've been seeing comments about black curly hair girl with freckles.. Had a similar terrible experience with her. Head over to another branch if possible.
Went to this bank for some advice on credit cards. The girl (freckles, black curly hair) that was supposed to signpost us to the right person didn’t even acknowledge us coming in. Stood around for a minute to see if she’d acknowledge us, but nope. When I said excuse me, she cut me off and said “one sec” and continued to type away on her computer. Then later said there is no advisor available today - don’t think she ever checked to be fair as she was just non-stop typing.
Went to get rolls of coins from a bank—Scotia , a chartered Canadian institution—and apparently they don’t bother with that service anymore. Still top-tier in fees, bottom-tier in customer service. Gotta love a duopoly: Canadians pay more and get less
