Just went to the bank for some regular work. Haven’t met such shitty staff ever a lady at customer experience post. She didn’t know how to talk to customers i wish i remembered her name. But i ain’t ever visiting this branch gonna shift my account too.
I have excellent experience with Jigar Mam. She is very nice and humble, i love the way she handles customer.
The worst place ever, not really impressed with scotiabank front desk staff in general , but this branch takes the lead. Exceptionally unpleasant , slow andineffective. Not all of the employees but some of them for sure should not be interacting with the customers at all.
