The worst place ever, not really impressed with scotiabank front desk staff in general , but this branch takes the lead. Exceptionally unpleasant , slow andineffective. Not all of the employees but some of them for sure should not be interacting with the customers at all.
This location is good, they always have helped me a lot at the front desk, the area of fund and advisor representatives is really good, Kevin Yoo is an amazing and patient advisor!
Kevin Yoo, the financial advisor is undoubtedly the best person I have encountered in the finance industry. They are personable, knowledgeable about Scotia offerings, and respond to emails insanely fast. I want the manager of this branch to realize that because of Kevin, I have directly led others to take out lines of credit with Scotia. Please give this man a raise.
