This place doesn't even deserve a one-star. Most incompetent, rude, and helpless people ever. Is not even the bank but the teller. All we needed was a document to transit my accounts from one branch to the other. Teller didn't want to help, even worse yet she had the audacity to say, "Why don't you ask your financial advisor yourself to do it? I couldn't believe it... Most unhelpful bank I have ever dealt with. Your money is not safe with Scotiabank . The mortgage senior adviser can not be even bothered to try to help, time to go back to TD bank.
Mary at this branch is AWFUL. Super rude, unhelpful. The ATM jammed while halfway through our deposit and rather than be helpful, she was rude and blamed it on us. And now we have to come back the next day with our money in limbo. Do not recommend going here.
