It’s amazing how they just say: you have to pay $15 “for a letter to update the insurance beneficiary”. I switched mortgage to scotiabank (by mistake, don’t use this bank) and they forgot told me about the insurance beneficiary, if something happens in my property we (Scotia and I) we lose, because the insurance company will pay the previous lender. Great job Scotiabank 👏
