The staff is very good and helpful. Guide you through every step and make it easy for you.
I visited the branch yesterday to pay my credit card bill and found out I had been making payments to a cancelled card because I never received my replacement card. Lavanya Kunuku was incredibly helpful, she explained everything clearly, contacted the Scotia contact centre on my behalf, and arranged for a new card to be sent within three business days. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Scotia needs more employees like her. Outstanding service—100%!

After a 45 minute wait I was told I have no access to a bank draft for 11 days. 11. A bank draft, not a cheque. Bimbola Obamiyi is the worst “manager” I’ve come across. Ever. - All the best dealing with her and this bank
