incredibly rude staff, watched somebody receive service while I was waiting. I was late to an appointment due to their negligence.
Front desk lady should NOT be a front desk. She is extremely arrogant, rude and disrespectful to the customers coming to solve the problems THEY have created. Next time I will file an official complaint to higher authorities if needed. Whoever is responsible for this, you have to take some serious actions in your customer service.
