I called them yesterday for some inquiry and they booked me an appointment. I went there first of all they didn’t know about the appointment and when someone came, I went to her office and literally she told me I have another appointment. Very very poor customer service
The front desk lady seems like she needs training. She acts like she is upset to get a customer. Making faces, not helping at all. I hope they either train her or replace her. She literally told me, “you are taking my time I have so much work left”, when I was trying to figure out the right information because she didnt know anything. I went to another branch and they did the work in 2 minutes. Please save time and go to another branch, such bad experience. I hope the branch manager does something to fix this.

Went to this location to order cheques for ultimate package bank account. I was informed that the personalisation will cost extra and not included as a complimentary under ultimate package. I didn’t place the order with them. Yesterday, I went to another location and they ordered cheques with personalisation for free. Be careful about the information they provide, you may receive false information like I got!!!
