Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Absolutely Unacceptable! I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional customer service from a bank. Approximately 30 minutes before the advertised closing time, the staff closed the doors in my face and refused to serve me. This branch is horrible. I called and a lady with an accent told me that my “voice sounds robotic”. So I asked if they can ask me security questions to check my identity (like TD bank does with their clients by phone) on which the person just went silent… then I said I will just come personally to the branch and asked them what documents I need to bring with me.
