This bank is horrible. I have an RDSP with them and they don't give me the money very easily.
My financial advisor was away on vacation so another advisor took over to set up an appointment with me. I came at my appointment date on time, but the replacement advisor was not in m, so had to wait 20 minutes again for another advisor to speak with me. The lack of phone call to inform nor communication of the change and lack of consideration of your clients time is very unprofessional.
ABM doesn't allow withdrawal. And it's the "24 hour" ABM. Useless
