My experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor overall, and I did not feel supported or treated respectfully. The receptionist I dealt with was unprofessional and unhelpful, and did not seem to understand her responsibilities, which made the situation worse. Communication throughout was not good, and my concerns were not properly addressed. I would not recommend this place.
Assistant manager, I believe his name is Jason, made a horrible mistake on my account which lead to my account balance going to minus $85000. Consequently this resulted in declined mortgage payments, declined maintenance condo fees, and led to bank penalties and subsequently affected my credit score. This took ten days and many people involvement to fix the issue. Came into the bank to meet with my financial advisor Jay Lim (great guy, always around to help me with my banking needs) However when entering the branch the other day to meet with Jay, the two tellers, a young Asian woman and an older Asian woman both made me feel unwelcome and ignored and didn’t even greet or acknowledge my presence.
