I was totally disgusted by the way I was treated by the CEL manager ... aruna persuad and left frustrated coz my wire transfer was not sent yesterday as it was not approved by the manager mr humza . When I found out that the party did not get the wire I had to go to the bank and the teller immediately heard me but then the manager on duty ie arena came and told me that it could take 2 to 3 business days for a wire transfer even before checking what the issue was . Very very Diasappointed and rude customer representative Lady on Front Desk and mos Important the most EGOISTIC Manager Mr.HAMZA very rude and Arrogant Branch Manager. First he talks rudely then try to manipulate the things. Just Dont go to that Branch!!
