Worst location in Brampton. They book something for you and don’t take you in on time. Also my rep was over booked which caused me to have to wait for another person to be available . Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location
Worst bank branch in canada. Last june i tried to put my money in the atm it got stuck there. After 1.5 month have not got my money and response from the bank employee is also not good. Whenever i visit the branch they make excuses.
I was totally disgusted by the way I was treated by the CEL manager ... aruna persuad and left frustrated coz my wire transfer was not sent yesterday as it was not approved by the manager mr humza . When I found out that the party did not get the wire I had to go to the bank and the teller immediately heard me but then the manager on duty ie arena came and told me that it could take 2 to 3 business days for a wire transfer even before checking what the issue was .
