I had an amazing amazing experience at this Scotiabank location. Seemed to me like the manager but advisor by the name of Harj was very knowledgeable and helpful with my business. The way he speaks and gives advice on certain aspects of credit and different banking products you can tell he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to banking. The worst experience ever. The staff doesn’t know how to do their jobs. They just keep putting things on different people rather than doing themselves. The same things I requested in Calgary, those were provided me right away. But just because they don’t know how to do certain things, they claim it can’t be done. I strongly recommend their whole staff to call Calgary branches, and learn how to do their jobs first.
I visited this branch had a great experience the person name is Manjot was very good at customer service and doing really great job was really polite and patience when dealing ..she will have really great future in banking sector 👍🏻
Wish could give them 0 star. No customer service. I went for appointment with Jasmeen , she didn’t show up . Then mahoday came. She has too much attitude, no professionalism. Worst one. Never going to visit this branch again.
Worst experience, i had some banking needs and after finishing went to use the washroom, a staff member, a young guy with black hair walks into the washroom and rudely tells me to get out as this is only for staff and there are no bathrooms for customers, and that there is no nxt time, like i did it intently and treating me like a homeless person. Like we are customers, providing you with business, might as well take our business elsewhere
