Worst experience. They were not helpful with any issues I had with my account. And the lady was talking so rudely. Never going to this location again.
Worst experience ever.. Employees sitting on desk don’t even know their job and have no etiquette to talk to customers they don’t value you as a customer it’s ok for them even if we close their account. They don’t care at all. I only have single bank account and unfortunately that is with Scotiabank I am not able to access my account all my bills credits are due which I can’t pay because of that. I visited this branch first time today and the teller- Manjot was very polite and explained everything in detail. Overall, it was a great experience and got my work done in just few minutes.👍
