Wait times are usually short, and transactions are handled efficiently. Whether it’s everyday banking, credit inquiries, or financial advice, the team is helpful and approachable. A dependable branch for personal and business needs.
The worst staff is in bank specially Mr Harj he is worst teller in the whole bank , for withdrawal my on money I have to go my home branch, is this a bank or a corner shop that you don’t wanna do a working or the bank ain’t pay there staff they don’t wanna work. It’s suck man , Harj avoid getting severed from this guys .
Queen/chinguacousy location provides excellent banking service and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Advisor named HARJ was very polite and helped me get my funds easily without any hassle. I really appreciate his help & time.
I had an amazing amazing experience at this Scotiabank location. Seemed to me like the manager but advisor by the name of Harj was very knowledgeable and helpful with my business. The way he speaks and gives advice on certain aspects of credit and different banking products you can tell he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to banking. The worst experience ever. The staff doesn’t know how to do their jobs. They just keep putting things on different people rather than doing themselves. The same things I requested in Calgary, those were provided me right away. But just because they don’t know how to do certain things, they claim it can’t be done. I strongly recommend their whole staff to call Calgary branches, and learn how to do their jobs first.
