Worst experience ever.. Employees sitting on desk don’t even know their job and have no etiquette to talk to customers they don’t value you as a customer it’s ok for them even if we close their account. They don’t care at all. I only have single bank account and unfortunately that is with Scotiabank I am not able to access my account all my bills credits are due which I can’t pay because of that. I visited this branch first time today and the teller- Manjot was very polite and explained everything in detail. Overall, it was a great experience and got my work done in just few minutes.👍
The branch manager Ugo Ciavoliello does not exemplify the customer service Scotibabank is known for. He speaks in a condescending manner. At no point in time did he ask for or address me by name. Its a shame he refused to cash an Ontario government cheque and said he would hold for 5 days. He rather gaslights me saying he can't remove the hold when in reality he does not wish to. resulting in delayed payment for vital health care payment to my sick mother.
