Worst experience with this branch and the advisor. Despite contacting them multiple times, I was unable to reach the advisor or get a timely response. The lack of communication and responsiveness has been extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I’ve decided to switch to a different bank. I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.
Extremely unprofessional. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service at this branch. The branch manager was rude, dismissive, showed no empathy for our situation, and even swore during our interaction. We left with no clear answers or guidance. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect.
