I have never dealt with an investment account employee who did know what the TSX was. I was attempting to purchase an index fund and they were completely out of their league. Front desk tellers are all amazing. Why aren’t there competent investment advisors?
Came here today @ 1:45pm and the staff was incredibly rude. A rep was coming through the line and said “be patient for your turn” not something along the lines of “thank you for your patience”. Once, I arrived to the teller I asked about the long waits and he said “if you don’t like the wait time you can go somewhere else” since when do customer service reps speak to customers like that. 0/5 if I could give 0 train your staff properly.
