I've been banking with this Branch for 18 years, my advisor Saroj is the best, unfortunately, she has to move to another location and since then it's a DISASTER/NIGHTMARE! I had to deal with 2 advisors who can't even response to my email, finally, my 3rd, in fairness is somewhat good but then here I am spending my time to vent my frustration once again. Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!
Worst customer service… charging 5$ per page( need 2 yrs statements ie 24 page = 5x24 =120$ )that too because i told her that she can do something which she refused to do . Got same thing from steels branch who did it right away and charged 0$ … when confronted the lady here said its their branch she can speak for her branch only . Going to switch from Hurontario eglinton as my home branch to this one, people are friendly here and more approachable
Yeah please take the reviews seriously, not at all good experience, cz as per the teller bank system is not updated accurately and his system and bank managers system doesn’t show same updated information. He has to manually check in the drawer in the world where everything is online and digitized. Anyways please find a better option. I wonder inspite of such a bad rating Scotia Bank not taking any action on the branch operations.
