Had to go to another Scotiabank branch because of incompetent customer experience lead. Please read the form before saying no to a customer request. If a Scotia client read this , please go to another branch who can be more helpful
Went to this branch to order $1000 worth of Mexican Pesos. Was told that the funds would be removed from my account immediately, but the pesos would take two weeks to arrive at the branch. Then the teller told me that the two week timeline was not guaranteed, and it could take much longer! So Scotiabank takes my money for more than two weeks, and can't guarantee any service? This is BAD business, Scotia! I won't be trusting you again! Ordered from CIBC instead, no problems. Bye Scotia!

Horrible service. Only 2 tellers serving a very busy bank. At 4PM, waiting 20+ minutes to see a teller.
Worst possible bank to deal with constentley working on updates on the app and you don't have access to accounts for 8+ hours.great service .
