Worst branch of scotia, they don’t know anything and always make excuses. Visit two times and always returned disappointed.
Friendly and helpful staff. I always prefer this branch even if it’s bit far away. Other branches are more crowded. At this branch the staff is so much helpful and tries to come up either a solution in every possible situation.
Had a very bad experience with the manager Molly. HORRIBLE customer service and I told her that and she still continued being very rude. Normally thus bank does not put holds on our customers checks. This is what i requested when i was there and she YELLED at me in front of a whole line of people saying we don't do that and I told her that that is the reason why we travel to this branch and not the one near us.
