They actually listen to your ask, advise of better plans/options, not invasive and most importantly addresses your needs. Flawless experience keep up the good work!

They charged me for my bank certificate for no reason and then I saw in my account it posted as "withrawals" not payment or anything which is clear that she just pockets the payment of $15. I dont know the name of the teller but scotiabank have to look in to it. $15 for just a piece of paper is a lot. I have got this same bank certificate numerous times from other branches and once from this too but they never charged me or tell me that there is a charge.
Completely Irresponsible and Unprofessional behaviour. I’m absolutely shocked at the lack of professionalism and basic compliance at this Scotiabank branch. They opened a bank account under my ID without my authorization.A major financial institution opening an account without even properly verifying identity. This isn't just a simple oversight — it's a massive breach of protocol and a huge risk for fraud,and identity theft.
