I’ve been with scotia for the past 20 years. I got locked out of my online scotia app and couldn’t get back on. The rep on the phone told me to visit any scotia bank so they can verify me with my id. I went to this location, the bank teller was clueless on how to handle the situation, was telling me to go to home location 2 hours away. I refused and said I need to speak to a manager. Worst Scotiabank branch. ATMs never work properly, can't do deposits or withdrawals because they are always unavailable. Not everyone has the ability to be able to go into a branch during their operating hours so this is unacceptable.
