Friendly staff and efficient service!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Scotiabank branch with Harry Ha. I went in with my mother to open new accounts. From the start, his behavior was rude and dismissive. He ignored me when I tried to explain why we were there and spoke with an unnecessary attitude. Inside his office, the behavior continued—he was unprofessional and interruptive throughout the appointment.
