I went there to open a chequing account. They said they won’t be able to do it for me . I asked why ? They didn’t give me any reason , they just replied sorry, that’s weird, doesn’t make any sense to me, then on the same day i went to commercial broadway scotia brunch and opened my account , there was no issue on commercial broadway brunch
They have no knowledge
They treat some of their customers with little respect, they treat East Asian customers better than the South Asian customers. Shameful behaviour.
