It’s worse customer service I have ever seen only 1 counter working. People are waiting for long time.

Jan 27th mid afternoon “sry no tellers available” Security guard informed, he then directed me to Left lower counter. I needed a direct deposit form printed & stamped there was a solo female working she was good. Observed two men dressed in full suits fulfilling 1 appoinment obligation in the back offices however it seemed like both are busy (doing nothing) to help get my print out? I just closed my account because of these ridiculous overdrawn handling fees of $15.00.They demonstrate greed.
