Big line up and only 1 person every time I visit
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this branch today. I arrived at around 12:30 PM to deposit a bank draft. I had already tried to deposit it through online banking, but the app would not recognize the draft, which is why I had no choice but to go into the branch in person. When I arrived, there was only one teller serving customers while approximately 15 people were waiting in the lobby. I ended up waiting 30 minutes just to complete a basic banking transaction.
