Very frustrated dealing with the financial advisor Manoj Ravichandraraj. I was booked with him back in April and he was initially nice and helpful, however when I tried touching base to book our follow up appt to diversify some investments and upgrade an account, I got an email saying he was out of office for a month. Absolutely useless. The ATM is always out of order, which is beyond frustrating when you actually need access to your money. Go literally anywhere else if you want basic service and functioning machines. How is it even possible that one bank doesn't have updated, functioning ATM!??!?!?!?!!!! Very close to switching banks because of this!
The ATM services at this branch have been extremely disappointing. The drive-thru ATM has been out of order for well over a year, with no updates or indication of when it will be repaired. Additionally, the indoor ATM is frequently unavailable on both weekends and weekdays, leaving customers with very limited access. Reliable ATM service is a basic expectation for any financial institution, and it is concerning that this issue has gone unresolved for such an extended period of time.
The service is deplorable at this branch. Staffs at this branch made a lot of mistakes but they will charge you for their errors. The manager at this branch is completely complicit. They have a major attitude problem like they are doing you a favor. I have closed all my accounts with them and took my business to a different bank that treat me 10 times better. If you are not happy with their service, take your business to their competitors. That is the best way to show them whose the boss here.
