Litterally the worst Scotiabank, always waiting for 40 min minimum despite several tellers standing around, drive thru machine ate my debit card and they made me jump through several hoops just to be put at the back of the line again. Terrible service I will be switching banks. don’t come here
I would like to thank Mandeep , Rehana, Lisa Such a great customer service My account was hacked and in no time these 3 ladies fixed it . This is what I call customer service Thanks a lot .
Deposited money at the ATM and it only accepted only a partial amount, and the rest it didnt return and gave me an error receipt. Lost my money temporarily and I need to wait for them to do an investigation to return my money to me. Still after 2 weeks no response from Utjita Uschi assistant manager of this branch. I have all the proof that I called them 29 times and no response. They are the worst at costumer service. I don’t trust this branch at all. They lost my 400$ out of 650 and don’t know where is my money.
No good couldn’t help me.
