I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my visit to your branch on October 9, 2025, at around 4:10 PM. Worst customer service ever I seen
This is happen today September 20,2025 at noon. If there is zero star i will not even put one star. Unsatisfactory service. I wish to file a complaint against their Assistant Manager. Her treatment of customers is poor, as her approach and questioning felt more like an interrogation. My experience with the teller was seamless. I intended to deposit my cash, and they inquired about its source, so I provided proof and explained it to them.
