If I could give a one-star rating, I would. Been with Scotia since back in 1998 when they were respectable. Got my mortgages through them and did my banking there. This is when they cared about their customers, they had good staff who were knowledgeable and skilled. NOW....THE WORST BANK EVER! Pulled my rental mortgages from this bank in November. They can't find my mortgage statements or LOC statements which I need for taxes. They never sent me an annual statement like they are supposed to. Nobody returns your calls and whe... read more
I use this bank weekly for my job. Never once have I had a rude teller or any staff for that matter. Sometime have to wait in a line but that's the nature of in person banking nowadays.
Please avoid this branch, as they are not equipped to assist with the issue or manage it effectively.
Don't go here to get any help with barking services. They don't want to help you. They just waste your time
