Rude and pour customer service, I called in afterwards they were trying change me 5 dollar for bank statements when I called in afterwards they only thing the change 5 dollar is for visa or line of credit and most times they void it there nothing there for just deit bank statements this branch is trash hate coming here to bad it only one over on this side of the city
I have to agree with the negative reviews here; arrogant staff and management. Run, don't walk, to another branch or financial institution.
I've been dealing for over a month with a mortgage advisory agent that is unaware of what her company's policies are. She has given us misleading information throughout the whole process making what should be a simple process stressful and frustrating. She has failed to open communication with us and update us on progress. She keeps Stone Walling us when we try to reach out to her.
Staff is very rude as well as manager.They treat people like everyone is criminal . They don't even listen and tell us to go to home branch. i won't advise anyone to go there
Racism at its peak, choose some other banks to do banking.
