Staff is very rude as well as manager.They treat people like everyone is criminal . They don't even listen and tell us to go to home branch. i won't advise anyone to go there
Racism at its peak, choose some other banks to do banking.
Honestly, I have no idea why Scotiabank has buildings. No one is ever working in them. I think it’s a way to continually increase banking fees with less and less service. I pity the people who actually need money and services because Scotiabank in general and this branch isn’t going to provide any of it. I emailed, called and even went to branch to get a large line of credit I’ve had for a decade increased, only to be told no one was willing to help me as they were closing in 40 minutes. Best Branch in Town. Never have to wait. Friendly staff with efficient service. Have been with them for 12 years. Way to go !!!!!
