Arrogant and rude the branch manager needs to lose her job. Several times witnessed her announce confidential information across so the entire bank could hear. Since switching to scotia it has been a nightmare they had to replace my cards 3 times because when I tried to activate them they got locked due to suspected fraud. Not only that opened a business account took over 3 weeks and had them screw up twice. Then a third time and I finally closed my accounts with them. Absolutely terrible experience at this branch. I was looking for assistance with my credit card and Arusha essentially told me she wouldn’t help me out. Provided NOTHING in terms of help, just told me that I have to eat crow. Not once did they contact me about my credit issues, and they refused to provide ANY help whatsoever. Done with Scotiabank as a client of over 2 decades because of this experience.
Absolutely terrible customer service from the actual manager who knows nothing. Unwilling and incapable of helping sort out basic banking needs. Do not bring your business here. I wish I could give it less than one star.
Went to the Londonderry branch and got no help. Came to the baseline sherwood park and victor and lady he was working with (sorry did not get her name). Went above and beyond and got our situation figured out. Thank you again.
