I’ve unfortunately had two bad experiences at Scotiabank in Sherwood Park. After being asked to provide photo ID, I correctly answered my accounts security questions, and details on my recent account activity. Apparently, that wasn’t enough—I was then questioned about my workplace, how long I’ve been there, my wages, and more. After 10 minutes with the teller, I still hadn’t been helped with my wire transfer for my wedding. I like there services and they are very helpful
Certain staff members are amazing.... but a steady decline unfortunately.
Not sure why the bad reviews in terms of customer service because I had a great experience. Irina and Taj were efficient, friendly, and helped me with what I needed. Also kudosto the gentleman whom I believe is the manager (sorry should have gotten his name) who went above and beyond to squeeze me in today. Thank you!
