Extremely unprofessional experience with Rashid Iqbal. I went to him for help with my kids RESP, but he kept getting distracted by his phone every five minutes. Taking to his basement contractors every 5 min It was frustrating and made me feel like my time wasn’t valued. If you’re looking for someone who actually focuses on your financial needs, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Ridiculous I only stayed because of my busy schedule and I wanted to get that thing done , it was terrible experience
I have been ghosted by these employees so many times, they never answer emails and just ignore you. The service is terrible, I have deposited a cheque in person to have instant access to my funds as i always do but the people working there questioned if i was even the owner of the account and the cheque in a very rude manner, i had every piece of credentials to verify i was the owner of the account but they just gave me a dirty look every time i tried to talk to them.
