I like this branch. I switched to this branch when I moved to the northside and I’ve honestly never had any issues. The advisors and the tellers are always nice and helpful. I’ve not had any problems with this branch. Always help me with everything I’ve asked quickly and happily.
I had a very disappointing experience with a business advisor named Sam at this branch. He handled my business credit application in a way that felt careless and dismissive. Instead of working with me to clarify a few points, he acted like he owned the bank and made assumptions without even reaching out for clarification. Great experience I was applying for a credit card and it was a smooth walk thru and Vaibhav walked me thru everything, definitely was looking out for my best interest!
This location is hands down the WORST when it comes to following their own policies. The clerks are incredibly pretentious and snarky when addressing you and they dont fully show or explain anything when you ask. The manager herself will reiterate the same old policies and I say old policies because when asking another branch location they said those policies had just gotten updated to which the manager will STILL argue. Terrible service from the clerks, and Scotia bank’s internal communication is awful. I regret getting a mortgage with such an awful bank
