This is my branch, it is terrible terrible service. My personal banking agent changes every time I call. They never answer a phone call. I was guarantee a call back in 10min, it took hrs. I fully plan to leave Scotia bank, after 30yrs.

This branch has notoriously had poorly trained/knowledgeable personal advisors (actually better to say that your HR department does not know how to hire qualified personnel.). They don't pay attention, do not return phone calls. You could even book a phone call and they do not call you. Now when you finally get an appointment they know very little. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Although I’m not an account holder with this branch I found them extremely helpful with an estate issue my Mom was having. We reached out to Harshani and she was more than welcome to help out with our situation. Within one business day she had resolved our issue. They were very helpful and understanding to our situation. Thank you from My Mom and myself. Excellent customer service.

I like this branch. I switched to this branch when I moved to the northside and I’ve honestly never had any issues. The advisors and the tellers are always nice and helpful. I’ve not had any problems with this branch. Always help me with everything I’ve asked quickly and happily.
