Brand new account In a week where my whole life was falling apart I just cannot say thank you enough to the ladies and the gentleman that I've dealt with over the last week. A warning - do not use this drive through ATM. I lost my card to it once a few months ago and had to go in and they took a while to get it out of the ATM from the inside of the bank. Against my better judgement I tried it again today and I just spent 10 minutes trying to get my card out of it and it never did deposit my cash (a pretty basic ask). I have had good service the 3 times I’ve had to interact with staff inside aside from these incidents. But they really need to fix that ATM.
