Ever since opening my personal and business accounts at the Hurontario & Bristol location in Mississauga, it has been an absolute nightmare. From day one, my debit card wouldn't process e-transfers. I am very impressed with the service received from the young gentleman at the front counter; I believe this name was Mark. He was able to help me quickly resolve a mishap from the call center and assist me with getting access back to my accounts in an efficient and professional manner.
What kind of a branch doesn't have a bank draft!
Horrible bank. No emails/calls/notifications and they lock your account out of the blue on a Saturday. I’m told I need to go to the branch because it’s an error but guess what I’m at work and Sunday they are closed. Thanks for nothing Scotiabank. Also to the advisor who answered the phone and suggested I leave work to come in, that was the most useless advice ever, let me lose my job over your error.
