Worst customer service I’ve ever received, courtesy of teller Arif Ali. As a lifelong Scotiabank customer, I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service and rude teller staff. I went to conduct some account business that I’ve done numerous times before at another location, and when I went to this branch the staff member, mentioned above, took 15 minutes to do what typically took me less than 2 minutes. I had a great experience at the Scotiabank branch today. The service was smooth, efficient, and very welcoming. A special thanks to Morgan Simpson, Assistant Manager for being patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. I’d also like to appreciate couter staff Grant for his excellent support and friendly approach. It’s always reassuring to deal with a team that genuinely cares about customer service. Highly recommend this branch for their outstanding service!
