I had a very disappointing experience at this bank branch. From the moment I walked in, not only the staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to help but manager also. I waited for over 10 minutes without any clear communication about the delay, and when I was finally assisted, the representative was impatient and dismissive of my questions.
