Had a terrible experience at the Scotiabank drive-thru ATM. I deposited cash, but the machine took the money and gave an error, no confirmation, and no way to finish the transaction. To make it worse, the branch was closed, so I couldn’t speak to anyone in person. I tried contacting customer service, but they were completely unhelpful, and to top it off, I was yelled at when all I wanted was help recovering my money. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected way better from a major bank.
Unprofessional and dismissive service!!!!! Visited this branch to request ILOC for a business application. Vijila Richard flat-out said Scotiabank doesn’t issue them — which is false. She clearly didn’t understand what an ILOC is, and was condescending throughout the conversation. The first thing we told her that it was for a business application , if you aren’t a business advisor or don’t understand our requirements, just say so & redirect us to a business advisor rather than saying that letter doesn’t exist. I had a fantastic experience with Vijila Richard at this location.She was knowledgeable,patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and good attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free.I truly felt valued as a customer. Thank you.

the manager here is terrible and has no respect for his customers, they can't resolve any issues there they pass the buck as saying ,we can do nothing. absolute terrible advisors, this was a total waste of time 0 stars
