They are so slow very bad service you have wait in line for hours
Terrible service lazy people
Very bad management, staff doesn’t have knowledge about their own products and bussiness manager is never available. Also one staff gives a solution on account unlock, another says something else , they don’t even know how to do it and in the end i had to call customer care while in the branch for 40 mins !!!! Will switch all my bussiness as well as personal banking whenever i get a chance !
