Bad experience with this location I have withdrawn money from this bank Amb machine . I get one note half without serial number. When I have visited there again to change it they said you have to come same day to change it I said it’s Saturday bank was closed how can I come. They said we can’t change it . Even not check the cameras

I dont know why she had attitude like that? I recently visited Scotiabank with my friend, who has some difficulty with English, so I was there to help him. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience👎🏻 with the indian punjabi healthy girl. Instead of being patient and professional, she came across as rude and dismissive for no reason. It was amazing experience having served by Nixon. He was so ready and polite to help us. We will definitely look forward to ask him for help next time too.
