Whenever whenever I visit the bank, their system is always not working
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this bank’s customer service. Specially the staff “PALAK” seemed completely untrained and lacked even basic knowledge about their own services. Instead of addressing my concerns properly, she gave vague, unhelpful, and even ridiculous responses that made no sense. It was clear she had no interest in actually assisting customers. I was paying off a mortgage here and had a lot of challenges. The tellers don’t seem to have adequate training to make the process efficient, even though there was direction from a senior advisor.
Worst customer rep Worst fa (BAVLEEN) she entertained after 30 mins and said i cant help you. Kind of rude.
