it was a 3rd class experience at this Branch with Teller Palak. She opened a wrong account and asking us to wait for next 4 days to fix this issue. this is such a blunder. They don't pay attention to other's time and spoiled our whole day. Staff is totally unprofessional and has no basic knowledge on account opening. Instead admitting their mistake, they are saying its glitch in the software. Not sure what the IT professionals are doing if there is known issue, has to be fixed rather causing frustration to the clients.
Teller does not know how to open GIC profile They make you wait like crazy
I had a great experience at the bank thanks to Darius D. and the friendly female security guard. She greeted me warmly at the door, and Darius was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout my visit. Their excellent service made everything smooth and pleasant—thank you both!
