I had a very disappointing experience at this Scotia Bank branch and honestly hope I never have to visit again. On my first visit, the staff submitted my application with incorrect details, which negatively affected my credit score. Later, the branch manager told me to come back after a few months. Recently, I visited again to convert my credit card into a line of credit.
