Hi good afternoon I m customer of 8 years of scotiobank. But from till last year i went branch for my banking issue. The staff is not helpful and i just get customer care number and waited for 25 min.. and i went back to manager she said i m not free .. again i went to branch still the same problem. The manager name is keji gali please replaced from this branch. She is very unsupportive and unhelpful.. she show she is doing help but she’s not.. before i had a same problem the different manger she solve my problem in 2 min.. ... read more
Grace provided excellent customer service during my withdrawal today. She was polite, patient and very helpful. Truly appreciated her professionalism.
Refused to put a stamp on my bank balance certificate even though I specifically told them I needed it. When I spoke to Scotiabank customer service they said it is required and that the branch should have accepted my request to put a stamp on it. Took time off my work for nothing and will have to take time off my work again because of their mistake and because they have an inconvenient closing time.
