The atm is hardly working whenever need to deposit cash & the employees are pretty slow. Today one machine just shut down.
The worst service i ever had with them.One of the supervisor does not know how to speak with a customer who is not even complaining and only asking for the help. I won’t give any stars .They just try to escape and not helpful at all.
Poor service I went there to deposit coins and it was only 29 dollars first the lady told me to separate coins I did it it took me 15 mins and then when I go to counter the other man he gave me small envelope in which he told me to put the coins but that all envelopes was opened both sides how can I put the coins that 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I’m very disappointed with there poor service
The worst employee i’ve ever seen. It has been 5-6 months i have visited my home branch to correct my credit score dispute. They told me to come again with different documents that they asked last time. When I visited again with documents in my hand they say “apply by your own”. I asked an employee to file for me. She said she would she took my documents and printed them and told me that she sent documents to transunion. After 2 months when i call transunion they said there is no file on my Name. Such a ridiculous service.
