Today i went to the branch to deposit a cheque. It was a a regular cheque. Manager to customer service Harjot Gill refuse to released my funds even though she realised my previous cheques. She was very rude and egoistic. She didnt give me a valid reason that why my cheque would go on a hold. I have very bad experience with this branch bcz of this manager.
Worst bank in GTA if i would’ve had options to rate 0 I would’ve but very bad staff in branch. ATM are never working. Anyone looking to bank with Nova Scotia go to any other branch other then this branch on Dewside Road and Bramlea Road
